Description: Mango Chutney is a sweet and tangy condiment made from ripe mangoes, sugar, and spices. It’s perfect as a dip, spread, or accompaniment to Indian dishes like samosas, curries, or grilled meats.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:
