Description: Mint Chutney is a vibrant and refreshing Indian condiment made from fresh mint leaves, coriander, green chilies, and yogurt. It’s perfect as a dip for snacks like pakoras, and samosas, or as a spread for sandwiches.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 2-3 green chilies
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Ingredients:
    • In a blender, combine mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, yogurt, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth.
